Case Study
Pyrogen
The Challenge
Pyrogen required a specialised brick-making solution aligned to a green manufacturing concept using bio-ash material inputs. Beyond simply sourcing machinery, the project required equipment capable of handling non-standard production requirements and adaptation of machine tooling to suit the intended application.
How FarKing Helped
FarKing sourced and supplied brick-making equipment through its direct factory network in China and supported Pyrogen through the specification and implementation process. In addition to machine supply, FarKing coordinated the development and manufacture of customised moulds to support the production process and ensure compatibility with the client’s green brick manufacturing concept.
Rather than supplying standard off-the-shelf equipment, the project involved adapting the solution to meet Pyrogen’s operational requirements.
What This Means in Practice
- Brick-making machinery sourced directly through factory relationships
- Custom mould design and manufacturing support provided
- Equipment adapted to specialized bio-ash production requirements
- Single sourcing relationship across machinery and tooling requirements
